
What do I need to bring?
In each workshop description we will tell you what you need to bring. It’s usually just yourselves along with any reading glasses you may need. But don’t worry everything is in the workshop description.
What happens if Flock cancel an event?
We reserve the right to cancel an event up to 24 hours before it takes place. If this happens full refunds will be issued. We will always try and give as much notice as possible and will only cancel event as a last resort.
I booked a ticket, but don’t want to come anymore and want a refund?
If you need to cancel your ticket, please contact us at hello@flockworkshops.com at least 2 weeks before the event date. We'll review refund requests on a case-by-case basis during this period.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds within 2 weeks of the event as we've already committed to non-refundable expenses like materials, venue costs, and instructor fees based on registered attendance. This policy helps us maintain sustainable pricing for everyone.
Can I bring my dog?
Please contact us and we can let you know, as each venue has different policies.
Do you offer discounts for group bookings?
We sometimes offer discounts for large group bookings so please contact sam@flockworkshops.com to see if your group is eligible.
Can I hire you for a private event?
Absolutely you can! Obviously it will depend on our availability but we can come to you, and run craft workshops for hen-dos, birthday parties, gatherings — you name it, we can do it. Costs on a case by case basis. Please get in touch.
