July 22nd: Chicken Scratch Embroidery Workshop - Dill Cafe, Alton
Come and join artist and maker Miesje Chafer on this fun and relaxed 2 hour embroidery workshop. We will be exploring the traditional skill of chicken scratch embroidery or ‘Depression Lace’, using Miesje’s pattern to stitch onto gingham fabric.
When: Tuesday 22nd July, 7 - 9 pm
Where: Dill, 8 Cross and Pillory Lane, Alton, GU34 1HL. There is ample free parking in the Lady Place car park on the opposite side of the market square.
To Bring: Just yourselves! There will be a pay as you go bar available. No embroidery experience necessary
